Bloodborne for Linux

Welcome home, good hunter. Here is how to play, alone or together.

Where to begin

The PlayStation 4 version of Bloodborne, running natively on Linux and the Steam Deck: the game's own code runs on the CPU and its graphics are translated to Vulkan. You need your own dump of the game with update 1.09; no game files are included.

What you get

  • Online and co-op: messages, bloodstains, bells and summons, and seamless co-op that lasts through deaths, lamps and areas, with Linux and Windows players together.
  • Local co-op: 2 to 4 players on one PC, each with their own controller.
  • Hunter's Atlas: a fullscreen in-game map with fast travel to the lamps you have found.
  • Frame rate unlocked or capped at 30, 60 or 90, from 720p to 4K, and ultrawide screens.
  • FSR 3.1, FSR 4 and DLSS upscaling.
  • Any controller, with its own button prompts in the game, and keyboard and mouse.
  • Trophies, Discord status and Add to Steam in one click.
  • An AppImage for any distribution and the Steam Deck, which updates itself.
